The Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District is looking for talented educators and scientists to support our various soil and water programs throughout the County. Responsibilities will include all aspects of project management; communicating technical information to a wide range of audiences; supporting other District staff in developing and implementing a variety of projects ranging from watershed restoration to municipal infrastructure; and providing technical expertise to District projects and partners. BS or BA in environmental science, management or education, plus 1-5 years of municipal, stormwater and/or other environmental education. Prior experience working on grant projects is preferred. Part-time and full-time positions require some evenings/weekends (limited and flexible).
