I pledge to not apply pesticides or herbicides on my lawn because of the negative impacts they have on health and the environment.  The risks are just too great!

I know that pesticides and herbicides include weed & feed products, most four step programs and many organic products.  I will look for the words "Danger" and "Warning" on product labels.

Instead of using these products, I will utilize healthy lawn care practices, and I know that the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District can help me make this transition.
