Abby Theobald Joins the District as Project Administrator

Abby joined the District in January 2025 as the Project Administrator. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the implementation of District programs, building management, and providing general administrative assistance to the District. Abby has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology with a minor in Environmental Studies from Saint Anselm College. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management and a Specialized Graduate Certificate in Natural Resource Management at the University of Denver.
