Return Policy
Thank you for supporting the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days.
Return Process
To return an item, please email info@cumberlandswcd.org to request a return. We will provide you with instructions to return the items to our office for refund or exchange. If you choose to ship your return you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process our return or exchange. We will notify you be email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, tickets for events, registrations for conferences, or registrations for workshops or webinars.
