Teachers Attend Watershed Education Workshop

Teachers from around the country traveled to The Ecology School located on the Saco River to be a part of the Teacher Institute for Watershed Science and Conservation. While at the multi-day workshop, educators were shown lessons and activities to help teach about water in the environment. Ali and Chris from the District attended the community partner dinner to share ideas and resources the teachers could then take back to use in their classrooms. It was a fun evening of collaboration and we look forward to being a part of it again next year.
