Gorham students study Maine water quality issues

In January, Gorham Middle School 6th graders learned about common Maine water pollutants, how they impact brook trout, and some best management practices we can do to reduce stormwater runoff transporting pollutants!

These lessons are funded by the Portland Water District and Town of Gorham’s stormwater program and led by the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District.
