Windham Middle flurries through water quality and watershed lessons!

Despite the snow, Windham Middle School 6th graders learned about what makes water healthy, common Maine water pollutants, and how watersheds work! Each of these lessons helped them better understand the brook trout that are now growing in their classrooms!

These lessons are funded by the Portland Water District and led by the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District.
