Public Notice of Election to the Board of Supervisors

Persons desiring to run for the office of District Supervisor for the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District should contact the District office at 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine (Phone: 892-4700), to obtain nomination papers. Nomination papers must be received at the District office no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 19, 2020. Persons who desire to run for office of Supervisor must be a resident registered voter residing within the boundaries of the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District.

Any registered voter residing within the District boundary wishing to vote in the election of District Supervisor will have to vote in person or request an absentee ballot either in writing, by calling, or appearing in person at the District office. All registered voters within the boundaries of Cumberland County are eligible to vote. Voting will take place during regular business hours from October 26, 2020 to 5:00 p.m. on November 10, 2020.
